Warranty & Returns Policy
Due to the specialized technical nature of commercial vehicle and heavy equipment spare parts, returns and warranties are governed by the following factory terms:
Technical Inspection Standards: Every shipment and accessory we import undergoes stringent technical checks. Any evident manufacturing defect must be reported in writing within a maximum of 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility: To eligible for a return or replacement, parts and accessories must be in their original, unaltered condition, sealed in their original factory packaging, and must not have been installed, used, or exposed to adverse weather or moisture.
Non-Returnable Items: In line with industry standards, electrical components or parts customized and manufactured exclusively to specific client requests cannot be returned or exchanged unless a structural manufacturing defect is verified by a technical report.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
As specialists in wholesale supply directly from international manufacturers, we manage our logistics according to the following guidelines:
Schedules and Clearance: We strictly adhere to the shipping and clearance timelines agreed upon with clients and manufacturing plants. Final delivery timelines are subject to international maritime conditions, port operations, and customs clearance procedures.
Wholesale Deliveries: Bulk orders and shipments are delivered in accordance with the Incoterms specified in the formal supply contracts (e.g., Ex-Works, FOB, or other agreed commercial terms).
Shipment Inspection: It is the sole responsibility of the buyer or their designated agent to inspect the outer packaging and verify package counts before signing the final delivery receipt from the carrier.

Professional Installation: All spare parts, heavy-duty tires, and structural components supplied by the company must be installed and operated by qualified technical engineers or certified maintenance centers. The company assumes no liability for damages or failures resulting from improper installation or operational human error.
Compatibility and Harsh Conditions: While we source premium parts engineered to operate efficiently under harsh operational conditions, the company is not responsible for natural wear and tear, or failures resulting from operating machinery beyond the manufacturer’s specified payload capacities.
Limitation of Liability: The maximum financial and legal liability of Al-Adiyat International Group shall be strictly limited to the invoice value of the specific defective parts supplied, excluding any compensation for fleet downtime or indirect commercial losses.
